Murphy's
Laws:
Rule 1: Work at something you are
passionate about.
It's your eight to twelve hours a
day. Why spend it doing something you don't really like
doing?
Rule II: To Thine Own Self be
True.
Our world is full of followers that
travel the common highways and byways doing whatever the
boss tells them and following the social winds of the
moment. Perhaps you need to follow the road less traveled to
see if it really does make all the difference.
Rule II: All men are not created
equal. We are unique individuals... and in that sense, we
are perfect.
No one else can do a better job
than you at being you. They can try to emulate you, but you
are the only perfect example of yourself. If you strive for
perfection, you will never achieve it because you already
have it. Even Christians that read their bible carefully
would have to admit that God made man in his own image, and
would that image not be perfect? You may not be ideal and
they may make clones of all the great and beautiful men and
women of our time, but they will never have your
experiences, or your dreams. You are very special despite
what Human Resources, your boss, or you yourself may think.
Do you consider yourself just another lemming or a do you
want to soar with the eagles?

Multi-Level Marketing
Should I do Multi Level Marketing for my
small business?
Nothing will cause family and friends to
head for the hills faster than an association with a multi-level
marketer. At the same time, nothing will make Uncle Sam get closer. ?
He is always taking a serious look at the multi's.
One company I absolutely will not personally
deal with in any way shape or form is the grand daddy of all the
multi's, Amway, the company that always tries to hide itself. Most
enthusiastic multi salesmen soon find that friends and family avoid
them like the plague because they learn that every time they talk to
you, you are trying to sell them something. Your only friends will
be multi friends and you'll have a hard time not trying to sell
something every time you open your mouth. Unfortunately, you will
also find that those friends in "the business" as Amway used to be
referred to are really not friends at all.
Does my membership include advice for
Multi-Level Marketing?
Actually, you are not a small businessman in
the purest sense working with most multi-level schemes. Those
individuals are actually poorly paid employees with no benefits. That
is why the Small Businessman does not work an advice column for
multi-level marketers. However, you will find that the basic business
concepts and rules of business offered by the Small Businessman will
still apply.
